Introduction
Social justice implies that all citizens are treated equally irrespective of their status in the society as a result of the accident of birth, race, caste, religion, sex, title, etc.

Constitutional provisions to ensure social justice
Article 14 guarantees right to equality before the law and equal protection of the laws.
Article 15 prohibits discrimination or disability in the matter of access to public places.
Article 16 assures equality of opportunity in appointments to any office under the state.
Article 17 declares untouchability to be an offence.
Article 18 puts an effective bar on conferring or accepting titles.
Under Article 38, the state is enjoined to strive to promote the welfare of the people by securing and protecting as effectively as it may a social order in which justice, social, economic and political shall inform all institutions of the national life.
Conclusion
